1. About VLE SUCCESS

VLE SUCCESS is an independently operated digital educational initiative owned and operated by Vivek Gupta, a proprietor based in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

VLE SUCCESS provides educational and informational digital content primarily intended for VLEs, CSC operators, Jan Seva Kendra operators and other individuals interested in improving their knowledge, strategies and business practices.

VLE SUCCESS is an independent private initiative and is not a government department, government agency, CSC SPV, or government-authorized entity. Unless expressly stated, VLE SUCCESS has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement or sponsorship from CSC SPV or any Government of India or State Government department.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from this website.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information provided by you is accurate;
• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We do not knowingly offer our products for purchase by persons below 18 years of age.

3. Product

Our current product is a digital Action Plan PDF designed to provide educational, informational and practical business-related knowledge.

The product is delivered digitally and does not constitute:

• government authorization;
• government certification;
• employment;
• licensing;
• legal, financial, tax or professional advice;
• any guaranteed business result or income.

4. Product Pricing

The current purchase price of the Action Plan PDF is ₹201 (Indian Rupees), unless otherwise displayed at the time of purchase.

Any amount shown as a reference, comparison, estimated or indicative value is provided only for pricing context and should not be interpreted as a historical actual selling price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final price payable by the customer will be the amount clearly displayed on the checkout/payment page before payment is completed.

5. Lifetime Digital Access

The Action Plan PDF is provided with lifetime digital access, subject to continued availability of the product and website.

“Lifetime access” means access for the period during which VLE SUCCESS continues to make the purchased product available through its platform. It does not mean access is guaranteed for the lifetime of the customer or for an indefinite period irrespective of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, the digital product is intended to be made available through the website immediately.

No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery may depend on successful payment processing, technical availability and accurate information provided by the customer.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay and such other payment providers as may be used by VLE SUCCESS in the future.

VLE SUCCESS does not directly collect or store customers’ complete card, UPI, banking or other payment-instrument credentials.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment service provider.

8. Refund and Cancellation

The Action Plan PDF is a digital product.

Except as specifically provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, orders are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been successfully delivered.

Refund consideration may apply in situations including:

• duplicate payment;
• successful payment where the product was not delivered;
• qualifying technical problems preventing access or delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content made available by VLE SUCCESS, including PDFs, text, graphics, training material, branding, layout and other materials, is owned by or appropriately controlled by VLE SUCCESS or its owner unless otherwise stated.

The purchased product is provided for the customer’s personal use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• reproduce the product;
• resell it;
• redistribute it;
• publish it publicly;
• upload it to third-party platforms;
• share it commercially;
• claim ownership of the content;
• create a competing product substantially based on the purchased material.

10. Prohibited Use
